A few words about us...

Hello, my name is Kiernan Mattson, co-owner and general manager of SYNLawn Arizona. My brother Kelly and I decided to enter the synthetic grass business in 2001 after being introduced to this blossoming market by mutual friends. Due to our collective professional golfing backgrounds we were very interested in the potential of synthetic golf putting greens, and after lengthy deliberations we decided to take the plunge.

In the beginning our main focus was on synthetic golf greens, however, we quickly realized the need for maintenance free, cost-effective alternatives to the expensive, difficult to maintain natural lawns. Thanks to tireless dedication from our hard working employees, cooperative efforts with our partners, endless support from our families, and the consumer's ever growing acceptance of our products, it didn't take long to become established and grow the company from 4 employees to 35.

Today, we have three locations serving the Phoenix and Tucson Metro areas, as well as servicing the entire state of Arizona. Our first location was in Tucson which opened in the fall of 2003. Our second and third locations opened in May 2004 in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Although all three locations offer the same goods and services, each have a different look and feel.

Our Tucson location is a retail/distribution center where consumers can view SYNLawn synthetic turf in an installed setting as well as purchase and pick up the synthetic turf. Our Scottsdale location is a bona fide retail location with over five thousand square feet of various installed SYNLawn synthetic grasses in a very natural setting. Our Phoenix offices serve as our Arizona headquarters as well as our Arizona Distribution Center. From this location we service the entire state by stocking and distributing SYNLawn synthetic grasses to our contractors, consumers and retail outlets throughout Arizona. Consumers are welcome to visit this location to view products, place orders, pick up goods, rent or purchase installation tools, receive installation training, ask for installation tips or just to say hi.

All three of our locations offer 52 different SYNLawn synthetic grasses. In addition to artificial grass, we offer: synthetic grass and putting green accessories, installation of our products, sod removal, rock removal, dirt removal and installation tools for rental or sale. We offer a delivery service on all purchases of synthetic turf.
